Only eligible products that are specifically marked as certified include a CGL identification report. Check the product page before ordering.
Why can my natural crystal look different from the photograph?
Natural crystals can vary in colour, inclusions, pattern, transparency, shape and surface texture. These natural differences do not by themselves mean that the delivered product is different from the identified material.
What should I do if the QR code does not open?
Clean the card surface, use brighter light and keep the full QR inside your camera frame. If it still does not open, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of both sides of the certificate.
Does laboratory identification confirm spiritual benefits?
No. Laboratory identification relates to the material or product observations stated in the report. It does not test or guarantee metaphysical, spiritual, health or financial outcomes.
