These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to evashucrystals.com and purchases from Evashu Crystals International (“Evashu”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or use the services with appropriate parental or guardian permission. You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

2. Store platform and third parties

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Checkout, payments, fraud screening, shipping, tracking and other functions may be provided by authorised third parties under their own terms and privacy notices.

3. Product information and natural variation

We aim to describe materials, dimensions, quantity, construction and included components accurately. Natural crystals, stones, Rudraksha and handmade items can vary in colour, inclusions, pattern, transparency, texture, bead shape, weight and finish. Such variation is not necessarily a defect, and representative photographs may not be an exact visual match. Images can be enlarged or photographed under controlled lighting to show detail.

Certification, treatment, origin or testing claims apply only where expressly stated in the relevant product listing.

4. Spiritual and wellness information

Information about crystals, chakras, zodiac signs, Vedic traditions, Reiki, meditation and spiritual intentions is provided for cultural, educational and personal-interest purposes. Products are not medical devices and do not guarantee health, wealth, relationships, protection, examination success or any other result. Website content does not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or professional advice.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order before dispatch because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, delivery restrictions, legal requirements or inability to fulfil the order. If we cancel an eligible paid order before dispatch, we initiate a refund to the original payment method.

6. Prices, payment, currency and taxes

The amount accepted at checkout is the purchase price, subject to correction of an obvious error. Banks or payment providers may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction charges. Unless expressly collected at checkout, import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage and handling charges are normally the recipient’s responsibility.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared in India and shipped to eligible destinations. International transit commonly takes approximately 8–15 days after dispatch, but estimates are not guarantees. Customs review, remote-area service, weather, holidays, carrier disruption and other events outside our control can extend delivery.

8. Returns, damage and refunds

Eligible return requests must be started within 30 calendar days of delivery. Damage, wrong-item or missing-item concerns should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returned change-of-mind items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, complete and in original packaging. Once an approved return is received, inspected and accepted, we process the refund within 5 business days; banks and payment providers may require additional time.

Change-of-mind international return shipping and related customs costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. Verified wrong, damaged or materially defective-item cases are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellations and failed delivery

Contact us before dispatch if you need to change or cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once preparation, personalisation, export documentation or carrier handover has begun. A parcel returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of customs charges, repeated failed delivery or non-collection may be subject to actual shipping, return, customs or handling deductions where permitted by law.

10. Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the services, subject to applicable privacy law.

12. Intellectual property

The website, brand, logos, photographs, graphics, text, guides and layouts are owned by or licensed to Evashu. They may be used for personal, non-commercial shopping and information, but may not be copied, scraped, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission except where law permits.

13. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity; provide false payment or delivery information; interfere with website security; introduce malware; scrape or overload systems; infringe another person’s rights; or misrepresent Evashu products using guaranteed medical, financial or spiritual claims.

14. Availability, disclaimers and liability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue products or website functions where reasonably necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an available basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Evashu is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss where such liability can lawfully be excluded. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disaster, war, government restrictions, customs action, carrier interruption, labour disputes, power or network failure and payment-system outages.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without excluding mandatory consumer protection available under the law of your place of residence. Subject to non-waivable jurisdictional rights, disputes are handled by competent courts serving Yamunanagar, Haryana, India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern directly.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms for operational, legal or service changes. The updated version will be posted with a revised date and will not retroactively remove rights attached to a completed purchase unless law permits.
