Sourcing & Materials

Direct Indian sourcing, transparent product information and a commitment to improving traceability.

Evashu Crystals International sources and prepares products through Indian supplier, artisan, cutting, polishing and manufacturing networks. Our catalogue includes natural-stone jewellery, pendants, carvings, trees, spiritual objects and decorative crystal products, so the sourcing path is not identical for every item.

What โ€œsourced from Indiaโ€ means

It means our product selection, supplier relationships, preparation and dispatch are managed through India. It does not automatically mean that every mineral was mined in India. Crystals are traded globally, and many stones are cut, polished, assembled or finished in India after being mined in another country. We only make a specific mine or country-of-origin claim when that information is available and sufficiently reliable.

How products are selected

  • Material match: the supplied material should correspond with the stone or product description.
  • Visible condition: items are reviewed for major breakage, severe chips, missing components and unacceptable finishing.
  • Usability: jewellery construction, elastic, clasps, threading, chains and fittings are checked at a practical level before dispatch.
  • Listing accuracy: dimensions, bead size, quantity, included accessories and product form should be stated clearly.
  • Packaging suitability: fragile products are packed according to their shape and transit risk.

Natural stone, mixed material and treatments

A product may be made primarily from natural stone while also containing metal, thread, elastic, wood, resin used for assembly, plating or decorative elements. These components do not automatically make the stone synthetic, but they should not be hidden. Known dyeing, coating, heat treatment, stabilisation, reconstruction or composite construction should be disclosed when relevant and known.

Handmade and artisan variation

Hand-assembled products can show small differences in bead order, knotting, wire work, polish and dimensions. Carved products may vary slightly in shape and weight. These variations are normal within reasonable limits, while cracks that compromise safe use, missing pieces or a materially wrong product should be reported to support.

Traceability and responsible claims

The crystal supply chain can involve miners, regional traders, exporters, cutters, polishers, assemblers and wholesalers. Full mine-level traceability is not available for every low- or mid-priced product. Rather than inventing certainty, Evashu aims to improve product-level documentation over time and clearly separate verified facts from supplier statements and spiritual tradition.

Traditional context

India has long-standing traditions involving gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras, malas and ritual objects. We share this cultural context respectfully while avoiding claims that a product is medically proven or guaranteed to create wealth, marriage, protection or any other life result.

What customers should check

Before ordering, review the product title, description, dimensions, quantity, materials, photographs, care information and any certification statement. Product photographs may be enlarged to show detail, and screen settings can affect colour.
