Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about natural variation, ordering, international shipping, care and responsible crystal use.
Products and authenticity
Are Evashu crystals natural?
Product listings identify the material used for each item. We do not describe plastic, resin or ordinary glass as natural crystal. Some products can include metal, elastic, thread, plating, adhesive or decorative components in addition to the main stone.
Why does my item look different from the photograph?
Natural stones can vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, transparency, polish and shape. Product photographs may be enlarged to show detail and are generally representative unless the listing says the exact photographed piece will be sent.
Does every product include a laboratory certificate?
No. Certification is product-specific. If a laboratory report, authenticity card or other document is included, the product page should state this clearly.
Do crystals guarantee healing, money, love or protection?
No. Crystal meanings and Vedic, chakra or zodiac associations are shared as cultural and spiritual traditions. They do not guarantee health, wealth, relationships, examination success, protection or any other outcome.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods can I use?
Available methods are shown securely at checkout and can vary by country, currency, device and payment-provider availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@evashucrystals.com as soon as possible. Changes are easiest before packing and dispatch. Once the parcel has been fulfilled, personalised or handed to the carrier, cancellation or address modification may no longer be possible.
Shipping and customs
Where do orders ship from?
Evashu orders are prepared and dispatched from India.
How long does international delivery take?
International transit commonly takes approximately 8–15 days after dispatch. Customs, remote-area service, weather, peak seasons and local carrier conditions can make delivery longer.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, the tracking number is shared after dispatch. The first scan can take 24–72 hours to appear, and an international parcel may move between export and local carrier systems.
Will I have to pay customs duty or tax?
Your destination country may collect import duty, VAT, sales tax, brokerage or handling charges. Unless checkout explicitly says these are included, they are normally the recipient’s responsibility.
What should I do if tracking has not updated?
Short tracking gaps are common during export, air transit and customs. If the shipment has not moved for five business days or is materially beyond the estimated delivery window, email support with your order number.
Returns, damage and refunds
Can I return an order?
Eligible return requests must be started within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, unaltered, complete and in their original product packaging. Email support@evashucrystals.com before sending anything back.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Keep all packaging and report the concern within 7 calendar days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photographs of the item, outer parcel, inner packaging and shipping label so we can evaluate a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.
Is natural variation considered damage?
Not usually. Colour zoning, inclusions, banding, transparency differences and small handmade variations can be normal. A materially wrong product, serious breakage or an issue that prevents normal use should be reported.
Who pays return shipping?
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer normally pays trackable return shipping to India and related customs costs. For a verified wrong, damaged or materially defective item, we cover or reimburse reasonable approved return costs where required or expressly agreed.
How long does a refund take?
After a returned item is received, inspected and approved, Evashu processes the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The bank, card network or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.
Sizing and care
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure your wrist where the bracelet will sit and add a comfort allowance. Large beads take up more internal space, so check the product’s stated circumference and our Jewellery Size Guide.
Can every crystal go in water or salt?
No. Some minerals are soft, porous, layered, metallic or water-reactive, and water can also damage elastic, adhesive, plating and metal fittings. When uncertain, use dry cleaning and read the Crystal Care Guide.
