Natural variation
Colour, inclusions, texture and pattern can vary because each stone is formed by natural geological processes.
Authenticity
How Evashu evaluates natural variation, materials and common imitation warning signs.
Natural crystals are formed through geological processes, so genuine stones are rarely identical. Colour zoning, inclusions, surface marks, transparency, pattern and polish can vary from one piece to another. Evashu’s Authenticity Promise is built around accurate description, sensible quality checks and clear product-specific disclosure.
Every product listing should identify the principal stone or material being sold. We do not treat plastic, resin or ordinary glass as natural crystal. Some products may also contain metal findings, elastic, thread, plating, adhesive, decorative components or mixed stones; these should be described where relevant to the buying decision.
Natural variation is not automatically a defect. Two bracelets made from the same stone may differ in shade, banding, translucency or visible inclusions. Carved products can also show small differences in shape and weight. Product images are representative, but the exact item received may not be a perfect visual copy unless the listing specifically states that the photographed piece is the exact piece for sale.
Gem materials can be polished, dyed, heated, coated, stabilised, reconstructed or combined with other materials. Where a treatment or finish is known and materially affects the product, it should be stated on the product page. A polished stone is still natural stone; “natural” does not necessarily mean untreated, unpolished or collected directly from a mine.
Before dispatch, the order is checked for visible breakage, major chips, loose or missing components, incorrect product selection and basic finishing. Handmade and natural-material products may still have minor irregularities that do not affect normal use.
Not every crystal product is individually laboratory certified. Where a product includes a laboratory report, certificate, authenticity card or testing reference, the listing should say so. We avoid using a generic “certified” claim for items that do not have the stated supporting document.
Some Evashu listings may describe a product as Reiki-energised, blessed or traditionally prepared before dispatch. This refers to a spiritual or ritual practice. It is not a laboratory test, medical treatment or guarantee of a particular emotional, financial, relationship or health result.
If you believe you received the wrong product, a materially different item or a damaged piece, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and label. We will compare the item with the listing and guide you through the appropriate resolution.

Our standard
This framework can be expanded with testing details, sourcing records and real product photography.
Colour, inclusions, texture and pattern can vary because each stone is formed by natural geological processes.
Document product-specific appearance, weight, finish and construction rather than making one universal claim.
Spiritual associations are presented as traditions and beliefs, not medical or guaranteed outcomes.
